For customized orders, including the Custom Memory Edition with 9 uploaded photos, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for personalization and preparation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Customized Orders
Customized orders may require additional preparation time due to the personalization process.
